Next week is Exercise Right Week and the theme is ‘Movement is Medicine.’

The HMNS student team are ready and available to answer all of your exercise questions. They will be having a  live Q&A session on Monday 25th at 3pm and Wednesday 27th at 9am, so please send through any questions through to the team prior.

They will be addressing the following topics:

1. Physical activity guidelines: Aerobic exercise, presented by Lachlan Stevens
2. Physical activity guidelines: Strength exercise, presented by Kieran Wallwork
3. Physical activity guidelines: Sedentary time, presented by Hannah Thomas
4. Benefits of exercise, presented by Sidney Hale
