Join one of UQ’s Mental Health Champions on a Health and Wellbeing Walk to enjoy the beautiful St Lucia campus while learning about our student wellbeing services.  The walk is also a great way to meet other students and get your steps up!

The walk will bring you to key support services on campus and provide information on accessing services. Please wear weather appropriate clothes, comfortable foot wear and bring a water bottle with you!

University ‘Uni’ Mental Health Day (UMHD) is an annual campaign held around the world to bring awareness and focus to the unique challenges students and staff face to their mental health and social and emotional wellbeing when studying and working at a university. Join UQ’s celebration of the 9th annual Australia and New Zealand Uni Mental Health Day on Wednesday May 4 this year for a Coffee and a Conversation, Bob Ross Art Therapy, a Yarning Circle, Terrarium Making, Pick Up & Play, and more!
