This Uni Mental Health Day, join us for Art for Wellbeing - The Gift of the Heart session and take the time to look into your heart. All artistic abilities are welcome - just bring some paper and colouring materials (eg. pencils, pastels, pens) with you and join us wherever you are.

University ‘Uni’ Mental Health Day (UMHD) is an annual campaign held around the world to bring awareness and focus to the unique challenges students and staff face to their mental health and social and emotional wellbeing when studying and working at a university.
