Day 1

8:45 Meet the Winter Crew at Upper Albert St in the CBD

9:00 Depart Brisbane CBD for the ferry

9:55 Enjoy a relaxing ferry ride over

10:25 Arrive a Straddie - a short walk to the research station

11:00 Check in to your share room

11:15 Tour of the Research Station

12:00 Lunch in town( at own cost)

13:00 Meet guide for the awarded Goompi Cultural Tour

15:00 Free time

18:00 Meet up for dinner (included) at the station

19:00 Evening Activities

Day 2

7:30 Breakfast provided at the station

9:00 Pack up and meet the Winter Crew

10:00 leave luggage at the station and head off to the Gorge Walk

Packed morning tea provided

13:25 Ferry to mainland

14:00 Bus back to reality
