R U OK?Day is Thursday 9 September. It’s our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, “are you OK?” if someone in your world is struggling with life’s ups and downs.

This year the message is: Are they really OK? Ask them today. Tune in for R U OK?Day webinar to learn when and how to ask R U OK? and start a conversation that could change a life.

Speakers include:

  • Sam Mac, weatherman Sunrise and R U OK? Ambassador
  • Katherine Newton, CEO R U OK?
  • Ann-Maree Fardell Hartley, psychologist and suicidoligist

If you're unable to make the event, we encourage you to register at https://www.ruok.org.au/join-r-u-ok-day to receive a recording of the event.

When: 12.30-1.30pm, Thursday 9 September
