When: 7.30-8.15am, Monday 11 October
What: FREE guided outdoor yoga
Where: UQ Sport Synthetic Fields, St Lucia campus
Who: Beginner and experienced yogis of the UQ Community, open to UQ students and staff
Yoga mats are provided at Free Outdoor Yoga sessions on a first in best dressed basis. It is recommended to bring your own mat, as well as a towel. Players are encouraged to wear comfy sporting wear, and the correct footwear must be worn at all times. Participants should bring a bottle of water and sun protection.
Please note: All events and spaces are operating in line with current guidelines. We ask that you please practice social distancing at all times and if you have travelled in the last 14 days, been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or if you are feeling unwell or experiencing COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, please stay at home. Where relevant, you will be required to provide your contact details for contact tracing purposes.
