Get your steps up, enjoy the beautiful St Lucia campus, and meet other students while learning about the services to support your mental health at UQ. The walk will conclude with a FREE light morning tea at the community garden.

The walk will bring you to key support services on campus and provide information on accessing services. Please wear weather appropriate clothes, comfortable foot wear and bring a water bottle with you!

Mental Health Week 2021 (9-17 October) aims to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing of individuals and communities with the theme of 'Take time for mental health'.
