Learn signs and symptoms of common mental health problems, where and how to get help, and what sort of help has been shown to be effective.

Around 1 in 5 Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year. Completing a MHFA course will give you the skills and confidence to support a friend, family member, co-worker or peer who might be experiencing difficulties. Learn signs and symptoms of common mental health problems, where and how to get help, and what sort of help has been shown to be effective.

Mental Health First Aid offers evidence informed best practice guidelines, and is an internationally recognised certification that is a great addition to any CV.
