Learn signs and symptoms of common mental health problems, where and how to get help, and what sort of help has been shown to be effective.

Around 1 in 5 Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year. Completing a MHFA course will give you the skills and confidence to support a friend, family member, co-worker or peer who might be experiencing difficulties.
