Facing uncertainty is a supportive, therapeutic online group that focuses on building emotional and mental resilience in order to better manage the uncertainties of life. In this supportive group you will be introduced to tools and strategies that can better assist you in overriding your brain’s irrational tendencies to overreact and get caught up in fear and panic, in times of uncertainty. The group will be run once per week, on Tuesday morning between 10-11am and focuses on one related topic per week. Book in and join us.
