Join us from 20 to 24 May for National Volunteer Week!

Here at UQ, we recognise the hundreds of students amongst us who participate in volunteering opportunities throughout the year, daily. This week is an opportunity for us to show our appreciation for their enormous contribution to our UQ community, and invites those students who are not already involved, to sign up to our Get Involved program, and explore the wide range of volunteering opportunities on offer (both within UQ and the broader community), as well as the long list of benefits that students gain from their volunteering.

The theme for National Volunteer Week 2024 is ‘Something for everyone’, encouraging others to explore the myriad of opportunities available, emphasising that there’s a place for everyone in the world of volunteering. Whether you’re drawn to environmental causes, community outreach, education, or beyond, there’s a place where your unique skills and interests can flourish.
