Freedom From Your Cage is a supportive group program that teaches self-compassion skills to help you gain knowledge about body image and emotional self-care.

A number of campus tours will be running over the next few weeks for new students who arrived after orientation and may not have had the chance to visit the university! If you are on campus and would like to learn more about St Lucia campus, register for one of our tours that leave every day at 10am from the Great Court. The tours will take a maximum of 10 people and social distancing rules will be heavily enforced.
