About Uni Mental Health Day

Celebrate 2026 UMHD with UQ

University ‘Uni’ Mental Health Day (UMHD) is an annual campaign held around the world to bring awareness and focus to the unique challenges students face to their mental health and social and emotional wellbeing when studying and working at a university.

Look out for activities, workshops and events promoting mental health across all campuses, and learn about the support and services available to you here at UQ and in the wider community.

Take some time to remind yourself, peers and loved ones to take care for one's mental health and wellbeing. UMHD is hosted by UQ Health Promotion. Learn more about UMHD here.
