Uni Mental Health Day is an annual celebration held across the globe that aims to bring together the University community to make mental health a University-wide priority. Join us for the celebration of UQ's official Uni Mental Health Day on the 4 May 2021 and explore the activities that promote our mental health at the Weeklies at all campuses and online across 4-5 May!

Keep your eyes peeled for heaps of events and activities to inspire conversation, take action and create change for student mental health and wellbeing! Meet us at the Weeklies to take the ‘Heart on My Sleeves’ pledge and show that you will have open and honest conversations about your mental health. Drop in for a Yoga session or chat with Mental Health Champions and get to know the support services around you!
