Learn about your nervous system and practice how to restore it back to calm presence through structured meditation practices, sound healing, and the mindful movements of gentle yoga in a yin style.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

What to bring: Please wear appropriate clothes for movement and sitting on the floor – leggings for a yoga class. Practices will be on mats on a carpeted floor.

Please also bring Sunglasses, small towel, hat, journal, pen, water bottle, sunscreen and a wrap or jumper as the room will be air conditioned.

Yoga mats and props will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

As this is a retreat setting, attendance during the whole day is required. Places are limited so please consider your registration carefully.
