Aunty Dale Chapman is a Kooma, Yuwaalaraay woman from Western Queensland.

Regarded as a leader in her field, Aunty Dale is the founder of My Dilly Bag, a celebrated and award-winning chef, cookbook author, public speaker, television personality, YouTuber and lecturer.
