You Can't Ask That!! Ask away, we say!

Join us for a live panel discussion reflecting on this year's National Reconciliation Week theme, Be Brave Make Change where challenging questions may help you consider how bravery can be the catalyst for change makers.

A time to reflect on National Sorry Day and the 5-year anniversary of the Uluru Statement from the Heart, both falling on 26 May this year and the eve of National Reconciliation Week 2022!

Facilitator Dr Seb Dianati, School of Languages and Cultures will be joined by UQ students, Corin Walker and Grace Mansfield to discuss all this and more!

About National Reconciliation Week

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

Reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds and actions of all Australians as we move forward, creating a nation strengthened by respectful relationships between the wider Australian community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

UQ will be holding a number of events and activations from 27 May-3 June to commemorate National Reconciliation Week.
