This Menstrual Monday we want to talk about periods.

While all menstruaters are different, it's important to understand what is normal for our bodies and understand when we may need to get some help.

UQ Wellbeing is collaborating with the UQ School of Nursing and Midwifery in an online presentation that will cover:

  • Understanding why we have periods
  • Knowing about different period products
  • Understanding some reasons to see a doctor or nurse about your period e.g. pain, irregular or absent
  • Be aware of some conditions that may impact your period e.g. PCOS, endometriosis

So whether you menstruate or not, this presentation is for everyone! Come join the conversation. The zoom link will be sent out the day before.
