Tahlia Smith recently graduated as Valedictorian of The University of Queensland. Having accepted a job offer in Canberra as Executive Assistant to the Ambassador of Ecuador, Tahlia maintains that the Global Experiences she undertook through UQ set her on the path to success.

Isabelle undertook a Summer Research Program in 2017 that led to her contributing to a published article in the peer-reviewed US-Japan Women's Journal. Her experiences gave her the confidence and drive to not only undertake a semester exchange to Tokyo, Japan, but also to undertake further research and translation projects.
