Chair Yoga for Energy, Focus & Stress Relief
Join UQ Wellbeing for a feel-good chair yoga session with Chair Yogis. The session is designed to help you reset your body and mind with simple movement, calming breathwork and a short guided meditation.
Don't worry if you're out of practice or have never tried yoga before:
- No yoga experience required
- No equipment needed
- No special clothes needed
- Open to students of all abilities
- Numbers are limited, be sure to register
Whether you’re feeling stiff from studying or anxious about upcoming assessments and assignments, you will leave feeling more focused, grounded and equipped with new skills to practice chair yoga at home or in the library.
