Pick Up & Play is not about competition but instead offers a chance to try something different, have fun and meet new people. Plus, entry is free for students, so all you need to bring is your student ID card!
About Uni Mental Health Day
University ‘Uni’ Mental Health Day (UMHD) is an annual campaign held around the world to bring awareness and focus to the unique challenges students face to their mental health and social and emotional wellbeing when studying and working at a university.
Join us for UQ’s celebration of the 12th annual Australia and New Zealand UMHD from Wednesday 7 May to Thursday 15 May 2025.
Look out for activities, workshops and events promoting mental health across all campuses, and learn about the support and services available to you here at UQ and in the wider community.
Take some time to remind yourself, peers and loved ones to take care for one's mental health and wellbeing.
