'Self-Compassion Chats with Zarinah and Keren' is a free online Zoom group that meets weekly to discuss a range of topics and themes that affect us all, especially during challenging times. These casual chat sessions discuss a range of different issues and  focus on identifying different strategies we can use to overcome challenges we may face.
