Ingredients
- Wholegrain bread (toasted) – wholegrain energy
- 1 or 2 free range eggs – protein and brain boosting B-vitamins
- 1/4 avocado, sliced – healthy fats to nourish your brain
- Salt + Pepper and any other herbs of your choice
Method
Prepare your eggs how you like them: scramble, poached or pan fried. Place sliced avocado on toasted wholegrain bread and top with eggs, salt and pepper and any other herbs or spices you like.
