Raise awareness for Men's Mental Health while de-stressing and stretching your legs during study and exams. Drop by the UQ's Push Up Station at the Grassy Knoll and let's push for better mental health! There will be FREE pizza available from 11am to help you recharge, and Mental Health Champions will be available to talk to. The first 50 participants who achieve 50 push-ups, squats or sit-ups will also receive a free Men’s Mental Health Matters T-Shirt.
