Learn how to identify and communicate the skills you have developed through involvement in research projects.

This session provides resources to help those involved in research projects to identify the experiences and skills they have developed. You will be encouraged to frame these experiences and skills in a way that employers can easily understand.

This session will:

  • Consider what we mean by research and ‘research’ skills,
  • Introduce you to some strategies for identifying your skills as a researcher, and
  • Provide a framework for talking about your skills as a researcher with employers.

This event is hosted as part of UQ Employability Week. For further information regarding the Week, and to explore the program, be sure to check-out our website: https://life.uq.edu.au/employability-week
