Women’s Health Week, beyond bringing awareness to the health of women and gender-diverse folk, also reminds us of everything we do- everything our bodies do for us- to allow us to survive, participate in, and enjoy life.

Join UQ Counselling for an Art Therapy designed specifically for you to reflect on your self-image and body-image through art and look towards reframing the ways we view ourselves and our bodies. This session will be facilitated by UQ Counselling’s Art Therapist who is dedicated to building a safe and non-judgemental environment for all.

You will be able to work with a number of mediums for art, and will have opportunities to connect with the group and learn (and reflect) together.
