Boundaries are more important and present than we often know. If you have ever said ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to someone or something, that is a consideration of your boundaries.

This workshop has been developed by UQ Mental Health, UQ Respect, and UQ Wellbeing to help us all learn what boundaries are, how important they are, and work to empower you with the knowledge and dialogue to assert your boundaries and respect others’ boundaries.

This workshop was formed to build a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space for you to practice asserting your boundaries and look at how you can apply these across multiple areas of your life, including study, work, family, friends, and more.
