Here are some free and/or UQ-based running groups you can try out for free and according to your own schedule.

1. parkrun (Multiple Locations)
What it is:
parkrun is a free, weekly community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. The events are 5km long and held every Saturday morning. Simply register once, and you’re set for any parkrun event!

What it is:
