Make a terrarium to bring some greenery into your room/home, or as a gift for a friend/loved one, or DIY your own clay art pieces to take home for your new plant friend or for more room decor. What's more, draw on some paw-sitivity from lovable puppies to recharge your feel-good battery and lower your stress levels.

Come along enjoy free healthy snacks, chat with service providers and learn about resources specifically for women and gender-diverse folk to support their health. There will also be other free resources and information around body neutrality, sexual and reproductive health, physical health, mental wellbeing, and more.

Use your hands and play with clay this UMHD! This session is not about creating something that is perfect! It's about going with the flow of what feels comfortable to you and connect with the experience of working with your hands, and with the energy among all attending. You have total control to create something for you, an object as a conversation starter or something of significance to give to someone you appreciate.

Drop by the Tactile Playbox (Herston) to destress with some kinetic sand. Play has been shown to significantly decrease stress and increase social and coping skills, performance and cognitive ability, so come by to relax and enjoy free refreshments with us!
