It's about going with the flow of what feels comfortable to you and connect with the experience of working with your hands, and with the energy among all attending. You have total control to create something for you, an object as a conversation starter or something of significance to give to someone you appreciate.

Drop by the Tactile Playbox (Herston) to destress with some kinetic sand. Play has been shown to significantly decrease stress and increase social and coping skills, performance and cognitive ability, so come by to relax and enjoy free refreshments with us!

Come down to Student Central this UMHD for 'Coffee and a Conversation'. We’ll have our wonderful UQ Counsellor Connect and UQ With You placement students providing self-care check-ins.
