Use your hands and play with clay this UMHD! This session is not about creating something that is perfect! It's about going with the flow of what feels comfortable to you and connect with the experience of working with your hands, and with the energy among all attending. You have total control to create something for you, an object as a conversation starter or something of significance to give to someone you appreciate.

Drop by the Tactile Playbox with our Student Advisors to destress with some kinetic sand and talk about exams, extensions, and your wellbeing. Play has been shown to significantly decrease stress and increase social and coping skills, performance and cognitive ability, so come by and relax with us!
