UQ Wellbeing Hub

Maintaining our health and wellbeing can make it easier to balance study with personal, social and work commitments.

At the University of Queensland, we want to give you every opportunity to thrive by supporting your health and wellbeing to achieve academic excellence, and leave UQ as resilient, flexible, and connected individuals.

The Wellbeing Hub contains a range of multimodal information, training and resources to support you holistically, and provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ for you to access information on:

  • services available at UQ and in your local community that support your mental and physical health,

  • opportunities to connect with peers, and attend wellbeing-related events and training,

  • advice from current students and alumni about navigating university life, and
