The Wellbeing Hub contains a range of multimodal information, training and resources to support you holistically, and provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ for you to access information on:
services available at UQ and in your local community that support your mental and physical health,
opportunities to connect with peers, and attend wellbeing-related events and training,
advice from current students and alumni about navigating university life, and
developing healthy habits and supporting yourself and others during times of stress.

Crisis Support Resources
If you, or someone you know, is experience a crisis, get help no matter what time of the day.
For urgent support, please call Triple zero (000) for immediate police or ambulance assistance, or UQ Security (7 3365 3333) for on-campus emergencies. For urgent mental health support, you can call the UQ Counselling and Crisis Line at 1300 851 998 (24/7) or text a Crisis Counsellor at 0488 884 115 (4.30pm-8am AEST).

- In an emergency or crisis, you can call the Suicide Call Back Service or 000 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
Emergency Services
Call 000 for any ambulance, police and fire services, if you need emergency medical assistance. These services are free in Queensland; however, if you go interstate, you may require ambulance cover.
